I've been following this along in the news for nearly a year now. It's an interesting subject and I've found myself in huge favour of everyone. I agree with everyone. I agree with the musicians who claim that illegal filesharing isn't allowing new artists to emerge. I agree with the music listeners who just want to listen to their music and not have to break the bank to do so. So I thought I'd put it to a poll and also, open a forum for discussion really because I want to know what you guys think, you are listeners and most of you are true advocates for new acts and current mainstream acts.

I'm not a fan of T Swift. I'm not a fan of Mr West. But what he did was so many lude things I dare type them. So here it is - your say - what punishment should he get? And who should deliver it?
